Hello everyone! I’m Godwin Issac, the author of Comictivism.
Let me introduce you all to Mr. Tusk 🐘—my first character, my personal assistant, my best friend, and the founder and leader of the Island of Gentle Paws 🐾.
He is here to help me turn my vision into reality and march around the world, sharing wisdom and truth along the way. 🌍
Throughout this book, Mr. Tusk will be right there with you, bringing different perspectives and introducing you to many of the island’s interesting residents. Each of them has their own story, personality, and point of view to share with you.
What is Comictivism ?
It’s definitely not a comic book. It’s a book from the Island of Gentle Paws—the world I built. It offers tales of truth and whispers of wisdom.🍍
A century-ahead book, written with a vision for world peace.
The reason I named it Comictivism is because it is built around my imaginary characters, born from me, who will go on to make history of their own. They are not superheroes, but they are more than that.
It’s a movement that was born accidentally, but shaped intentionally.
Inside My World :
We have more than 25 characters on our Island.
They're all unique, fun, and full of personality.
This is a free-to-read book 📖, written on Instagram while I was searching for the meaning of life during a painful cycle in my life. Along the way, I discovered God and encountered many pieces of wisdom that changed the way I saw the world. ✨
The book is intended for readers aged 16 and above. Some chapters may explore serious topics that are more suitable for an 18+ audience, and appropriate content warnings may be provided where necessary.⚠️
But at its heart, this book is about the wisdom of life.
We are constantly surrounded by stress, confusion, fear, and countless possible paths in life. Wisdom is sometimes treated as an old, outdated subject while we are bombarded with information from every direction. Life can begin to feel more like a competition than something to be lived.
There are wars, hatred, division, and suffering all around us. Sometimes, we may even find ourselves asking: What really matters anymore? 😵💫
This book contains my perspective on the world, life, and everything happening around us. You can see it as a guide to life, a library of perspectives, or simply a manual for navigating the world.
It explores questions that are often difficult to ask, difficult to answer, or sometimes so simple that we overlook them.
Every chapter takes a different path. We have philosophy, psychology, adventure, religion, the meaning of life, humour, family, horror, Crime—you name it, this book has it all. 👈
It is not meant to tell you how to live. Instead, it offers my way of looking at things and invites you to think, question, and find your own perspective.
It is also a record of what helped me find God during one of the hardest periods of my life. When reality did not match my expectations, my life became gloomy. When my hope seemed to die along with those expectations, I found hope again in God.
I kept this book private for a long time. 🔏 Only a few people have ever read it. Now, I am opening its doors to the world.
And yes, there is something else I want to be completely transparent about.
To bring realistic versions of characters such as Mr. Tusk, Uncle Leon, Master Octowin, Grandpa Rio, Owlynn, and many others into reality, I used AI to help visualize my simple ideas.
As an artist, I don't particularly like using AI, but as a writer, I needed a way to visualize the characters and worlds I imagined. I chose to use AI as a tool because I wanted to bring the best possible version of my imagined world to life...
🗣️ I am also not a native English speaker. My mother tongue is not English. Although I studied in an English-medium school, finding the right words and forming sentences that express my thoughts clearly and make them enjoyable to read is something I continue to learn and improve.
So I used AI to polish my writings.
📌 But the ideas, perspectives, questions, and philosophy are my own. AI is my editor and a tool—not the source of my worldview.
My characters are different versions of me, living multiple lives within this world.
In a way, I am alive inside my book.
Comictivism came before The ArtyeTown. The ArtyeTown was a project I created afterward, but I had already been drawing as a hobby since 2020, long before AI became what it is today.
👨🎨 When it comes to my own art space, The ArtyeTown, I don’t use AI to create my artwork...
Comictivism, however, is mainly about the book, its ideas, stories, and characters. The AI-made artworks you may see there are simply a way to make the reading experience more entertaining and bring the characters and stories to life visually.
Fun fact : You’ll eventually discover Mr. Crocus’s 🐊 true identity. He has a secret life that many people don’t know about. He’s definitely not your ordinary crocodile—the one you see around The ArtyeTown as its guardian.
Before You Enter Their World, I want to share one thing about my 🎓 educational background so that some of the chapters do not feel too unexpected.
I am a law graduate, so some chapters naturally explore crime, justice, human behaviour, and related philosophies. However, I am not a lawyer, and I do not present myself as one.
I chose my own path long ago, and this book is part of that path.✌️
Everything you are about to read comes from my own journey of thinking, questioning, imagining, and creating.
So, with an open mind and a little curiosity- Welcome to my Book of Comictivism.
It may look like a big book, but it’s actually easy and enjoyable to read. With epic background music, different characters, and a variety of perspectives, you won’t feel like you’re reading a book with around 298 chapters.✍️
And there may be more chapters in the future if I discover new perspectives that I feel are worth sharing. But for now, the book is complete.
You can read it in any order ↕️. It’s written differently from a traditional book, so you don’t have to scroll all the way back to the beginning to start reading. Each chapter explores a different topic, while the characters connect the whole journey together.
The writing is simple and easy to understand, so you can just pick a chapter, start reading, and see where it takes you.
So, give it a try. I think you’ll enjoy meeting my island friends! 🐘🌴

Mr. Crocus 🐊: Ha! Finally, we’re going public. I’m excited! You all should meet Mr. Tusk—he’s a friend you’re missing out on. But don’t expect too much humour from him. He calls himself the most humorous person on the island. But nah, he believes it, and we can’t stop him. He’s our lovely gentle giant, after all.

Mr. Crocus 🐊: Yep! Time to go into EH mode.
Mr. GWI 👨🎨: Okay, we’re going into the real world now. If you all act normal, they might actually visit our island. Otherwise, you’ll scare them all off!
